Nivan finished her 200 hours yoga teaching program with School Yoga institute in Peru in September 2021. She stayed in the mountains of the Sacred Valley peru after to give some yoga classes and exploring herself and the cosmos even more.


Gihan Saiid

Founder & creator of on the mat studio, 
Gihan teaches a variety of power vinyasa , slow moving meditation flow , yin  & yoga nidra classes. 
Gihan went to thailand, koh phangan for her first 200 hours, continued her 300 hours certification with two of the best worldwide Briohny Smith & Mathieu Boldron 
& continued to develop her learnings by diving into yoga nidra training with the beautiful Jana Roemer.

Farah is a 300 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher, she finished her trainings in Ajarya Yoga Academy, Rishikesh, India. Farah has been teaching since 2015, shes known for her signature mystical classes that leave you on a high note always.

Perry offers signature flows that awakens the soul and connects it with the body. Through structued sequences, practitioners will gradually get stronger, more flexible, and so grounded! 


Shahd Omar

Shahd is a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher, shes been teaching since 2007 & she is specialized in teaching body-mind focused yin & vinyasa yoga as well as pelvic health yoga for women. Shahd finished her yin yoga training with Sarah Lo , Movement for Trauma with Jane Clapp , & 30 hr vinyasa yoga with Raphan Kebe.

Zeina takes a holistic & classical approach to yoga, shes known for her signature calming classes.

Sarah has completed her 200 hr YTT with Zuna yoga in Bali, 30 hrs with The Anatomy School and 50 hrs of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Element Theory with SOHA Yoga. 

She aims to combine creative sequencing with a bit of self exploration through movement and internalization. Her primary focus is mind-body awareness, linking the power of the breath with movement to overcome limitations and giving you inspiration to help deepen your practice both physically and mentally.
